We ship WORLDWIDE from Toronto, Canada.
USA + International Shipping Methods
- USA orders are shipped via USPS Priority (most parcels and boxes) and USPS First Class Letter Mail (fabric swatch orders).
Additional faster delivery methods can be arranged upon request.
- For International orders, please proceed through the check out and pay for your order. Once the transaction is complete, you will be billed separately for shipping based on address provided and the size of your order.
We will contact you via email with these details for your authorization prior to processing the shipping charges.
- Orders for all in stock items (fabric yardage and pillows) will be ready to ship within 1-2 business days. You will be contacted via email if there are any unexpected stock shortages.
- USA orders should arrive within 2 - 5 days from the time your order ships out from our warehouse.
- For international orders, shipping times will vary depending on your location.
- Our lead times for custom items, once your order has been confirmed with payment, are as follows:
Custom pillows: approximately 1 week or sooner
Custom bench cushions: 2-3 weeks
Custom shower curtains: 2-3 weeks
Custom drapery + roman blinds: 3-4 weeks
