Additional Charges Information

We ship from our Headquarters in Toronto, ON, Canada.

As of September 5, 2025, import fees and duties for orders shipping to the United States are calculated at checkout. Please note import duties and fees are non refundable.

For international orders outside the U.S., tariff, import, and brokerage fees may apply. Customers are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery. If an order is refused after a delivery attempt, it will not be refunded.

Shipping

How do I track my package?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

How do I find out shipping costs?

Simply add items in your cart, select "view cart" and enter your province and postal code into the shipping calculator.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Orders place from November 24th - December 22nd are covered by our Extended Holiday Return Policy. These orders can be returned through January 30th or within 30 days of receipt.

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Tonic Living, but if you are not completely satisfied, please see our detailed return policy below. Please note shipping charges, import and brokerage fees on returned merchandise are non refundable.

Swatches and remnants are considered to be final sale and are not eligible for return.

Pillows, Ottomans & Accessories

Pillows, ottomans & accessories may be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition (dry cleaned items will not be accepted). All tags must be attached. 

Fabric

Fabric yardage may be returned within 30 days of receipt, less a 15% restocking fee applied to the refund total. Fabric that has been cut, washed or altered by the customer cannot be returned.

Clearance Items

Clearance fabrics, pillows, ottomans and accessories may be returned within 30 days of receipt for store credit. Product must be in new, unused condition and all tags must be attached. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to clearance fabrics. Fabric that has been cut, washed or altered by the customer cannot be returned.

Return Instructions

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 

All returns must include a physical copy of either the invoice or order confirmation attached to the outside of the box. This documentation should be placed in an envelope and securely taped next to the shipping address.

Once your item(s) has been packaged for return, you can send to the below address with the mail carrier of your choice. Please include your order number with your return:

Once the return is checked and approved, we will issue the refund (as per our policies) to your original method of payment. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are non refundable.
