We ship from our Headquarters in Toronto, ON, Canada. Please know that duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and are calculated by custom authorities.

The customer is responsible for paying any import duties/taxes and brokerage fees upon receiving the product.

If an order is refused after a delivery attempt, these fees will be deducted from your return.

US orders under $800 will not be subjected to taxes and duties, but may be subjected to UPS brokerage fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on potential fees.
